Issue with Your Order?
If your hoodie arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if the issue qualifies. To begin the process, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item.
No Returns for Preference-Based Reasons
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or personal preference. Please refer to the sizing chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you (the customer) will be responsible for any reshipment costs after confirming the updated address.
Final Approval
All return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a refund or exchange.
