PRE & POST ORDER 66 STAR WARS PRINTS

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Medium: Graphite on Paper

Size: Six 18" x 24" framed custom prints

This series of six custom graphite art prints was created for our interior design client as part of redecorating her modern home office in Etobicoke. A lifelong Star Wars fan, she wanted a gallery wall that reflected her love for Star Wars while maintaining a minimal, sophisticated aesthetic.

Inspired by the concept of yin and yang—the balance between light and dark forces—the collection was thoughtfully composed to tell a subtle narrative. The top row depicts the period following Order 66, while the bottom row represents the era before it. All characters illustrated belong to the light side, reinforcing the theme of resilience and hope within the contrast.

Each piece was hand-drawn in graphite, resulting in a cohesive black-and-white palette that keeps the gallery wall refined and in unison with the modern black and white interior design palette we curated. The series includes character portraits, the Mandalorian, schematic-style character and vehicle drawings, and grid-based compositions, providing visual variation while maintaining consistency.

The gallery wall is paired with an adjacent bold, dark canvas painting representing the opposing dark forces. Together, these works create a balanced visual dialogue—light and dark, minimal and expressive—allowing the client’s passion for Star Wars to be showcased in a way that is timeless, curated, and design-forward.
